Open workouts are held every Saturday during Term 1 thru Term 5 unless otherwise announced, ages 6 to 18 yrs. old. Come practice what you are learning in class or bring a friend and show them what you have learned. You have two hours of fun to play on anything you want in the gym.

Enrolled students $8.00, non-enrolled students $14.00.

All non-enrolled students need to have a permission slip signed by their parent/guardian upon arrival. You can print the permission slip online and bring it with you or fill one out at the front desk upon arrival.
