Open workouts are held on the first Sunday of every month during Term 1 thru Term 5 unless otherwise announced, ages 6 and up. Come practice what you are learning in class or bring a friend and show them what you have learned. You have two hours of fun to play on anything you want in the gym.

Enrolled students $8.00, non-enrolled students $12.00.
