This is offered at both locations This 45 minute introductory class is specifically designed for children ages 18-36 months and uses gymnastics and fitness circuits to further your child's cognitive and physical development. Kids learn shapes, colors, sequencing and numbers while also improving their flexibility, strength, and balance. With a parent with them every step of the way, and our qualified instructors incorporating a range of activities, from body awareness exercises to gymnastics skills like forward and backward rolls and progressions for handstands and cartwheels, children receive a comprehensive and fun introduction to healthy habits. After completion of this level, students graduate to the "New Stars" level. Little dippers: 18 - 27 months; Big Dippers: 28 - 36 months. |

This is offered at both locations This 1.5 hour enrichment program, designed for ages 2 1/2 years old through 4 1/2 years old, offers it all! Our fully qualified instructor will give your child 45-minutes of high quality gymnastics instruction including foward and backward rolls, donkey kicks, and cartwheels. Students will continue to learn sequencing, patterns, colors, and numbers. On top of high quality gymnastics instruction, your child will receive 45-minutes of enrichment activities including, but not limited to, fun science activities, educational craft projects, and more. The children are split in to two age groups (2 1/2 years old to 3 1/2 years old; 3 1/2 years old to 4 1/2 years old), for more personalized and age appropriate activities and attention. After completion of the Leaping Learners course, your child will be ready to enter the "New Stars" level, or "Mini Stars" level, depending on age.

New StarsThis 50 minute beginner gymnastics and fitness class, designed for the 3 years old age group, combines basic early education skills with motor development and gymnastic skills, such as log rolls, forward rolls, donkey kicks, and cartwheels. Sequencing, patterns, colors, shapes, and numbers are incorporated as to build upon the foundations established in the Big Dipper class. Your child will also continue to improve his/her flexibility, strength, and balance through skillfully designed obstacle courses and games all centered around a fun and exciting bi-weekly theme! Students will also learn a choreographed dance, which will be performed at our end-of-the-year gym show. One of the primary focuses in the New Stars class is to give your child the skills necessary to be comfortable in the gym with only their instructor. After completion of this level, students will move up to the "Mini Stars" level.
Mini StarsThis 50 minute beginner gymnastics and fitness class, designed for the 4 years old age group, combines early education skills with motor development and gymnastic skills, such as log rolls, forward rolls, donkey kicks, and cartwheels. Sequencing, patterns, colors, shapes, and numbers are incorporated as to build upon the foundations established in the New Stars class. Your child will also continue to improve his/her flexibility, strength, and balance through skillfully designed obstacle courses and games all centered around a fun and exciting bi-weekly theme! One of the primary focuses in the the Mini Stars class is to give your child the confidence needed to be successful in their upcoming kindergarten adventure. BeginnerThese 1-hour classes start with the basics of tumbling, focusing on body control, balance, strength, and flexibility. The students will progress through a variety of stations working the techniques of cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, and front handsprings. Instructors put a strong emphasis on correct technique and form. Our highly qualified tumbling coaches, will give your child the quality attention they deserve and work with them on a personal level to achieve their goals. Students will learn basic routines, which will be performed at our annual end-of-the-year gym show. Whether your child is looking to develop skills for cheerleading, gymnastics, or just wants to enjoy tumbling, this class is a great place to start!
AdvancedThese 1-hour classes focus on the advanced skills required in tumbling. Your child will continue to build upon the foundations taught in basic tumbling - body control, awareness, strength, and flexibility - and learn to take those foundations to new heights! Our highly qualified instructors will take your child through stations and dills working back tucks, front tucks, back layouts, fulls, Arabians, and more! Due to the advanced nature of this class, coach recommendation and/or referral is required. For more information, talk to your child's instructor or call our friendly office staff.
