Parent & Tot Program
Ages: 18-36 months This is a 45 minute movement education class that begins with an obstacle course on the floor. With us of floor, bars, beam and trampoline, this class is designed to build strength, coordination and self-confidence while encouraging interaction between parents and children. Parent participation is required. |

Pre-School Program
Ages: 4, 4/5 years
This is a 45 minute class which allows for more personalized instruction. Basics on the floor exercise, balance beam, bars and trampoline are taught to develop overall body awareness and coordination, and most importantly it's fun! This program encourages cooperative learning in a group setting and also allows each child to achieve at his/her own rate. |

Kinderstars Program
Ages: Currently in Kindergarten This is a 1hour class which is slightly more skills oriented. Children are challenged with progressively more skills and less movement education in preparation for our boys and girls recreational programs. |

Kicknastics Program
Ages: 3-6 years
Karate with a twist! this is a 45 minute class which combines martial arts education and gymnastics techniques together into one exciting class. Karate belts and belt promotions are rewarded to students throughout their class training. Students with or without Karate experience may enroll. No uniform necessary. |

Beginner School-Age Classes
Ages: 1st grade and up
Our 1 hour class includes instruction on all Olympic events for boys and girls, plus the trampoline in a non-competitive environment. The curriculum is an achievement-oriented program of progressive skills, conditioning and flexibility

Intermediate/Advanced
School-Age Classes
Ages: 1st grade and up
Our 1 1/2 and 2 hour classes are for advanced students, recreational teams, and high school training groups. Students must first be evaluated prior to enrolling in these classes.

Tumble and Trampoline (TNT)
Ages: 1st grade and up
Karate This program focuses on tumbling skills for cheerleaders, dancers, etc. by learning progressions on the floor, tumble track and trampoline. |

Cheer
Ages: 1st grade and up
Covers all aspects of cheerleading including stunting, jumps, flexibility, motions, voice and tumbling skills. (See below for more information or call)

Bodies in Motion Dance Education Centre offers a complete ranging in courses for the pre-school aged child through the advanced student, as well as for adults. Our instructors stress proper technique, in a positive and nurturing environment. All of our staff members are professionals in the field of dance, and continue to expand their own education in order to bring our students to the most up to date and exciting dance classes. Rhythmic Gymnastics
Ages: 6 years and up
Rhythmic Gymnastics combines Dance, Ballet and Gymnastics Movements by using one of five hand apparatus including Ribbon, Rope, Ball and Clubs.
Young girls who love music and dance will enjoy this very exciting dance sport and have a lot of fun in the process! Ballet and dance exercises are incorporated into the program. 1 or 2 hour programs are available up to 2 times a week for girls ages 6 and up.
We are also looking for girls 9 years and older with experience in gymnastics and/org dance/ballet interested in joining a Junior Olympic Team with a minimum of 4 hours training a week. Call today for more information,
