Star, color and belt ranking!! This class is available for the following age groups: 3-5 years old; 6 years old and older; and advanced.

Ninja :

This is offered at both location

Ninja is a fast based, skill based program geared for kids with high energy. It combines military style obstacle courses, gymnastics tumbling, and martial arts kicks, combos, and discipline. Boys classes are grouped as 3-5 years old and 6-11 years old. Girls classes are also grouped as 3-5 years old and 6-11 years old. Ninja is an all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and street dance. Ninja embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. In Ninja classes, children learn combinations of rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks on strength and agility courses. A progressive evaluation system advances children on their skill and knowledge on core values as described in the Ninja Creed. **T-Shirt and Headband purchase purchase required- $30 additional fee **

Tiny Ninjas :

This is offered at both location
MIDDLETOWN and PARLIN

Tiny Ninjas is the entry level to the all new sport, Ninja, that is inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance. Tiny Ninjas embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. Children will learn combinations of rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks in combination with strength and agility courses. Tiny Ninjas serves as preparation for entry into the progressive Ninja levels which begin at the age of 4 1/2.

Boys classes are grouped as 3-5 year olds and 6-11 year olds. Girls classes are also grouped as 3-5

year olds and 6-11 year olds.
